Starter Problem 2014 Yamaha Outboard

Rapid Clicking only . Have replaced solenoid starter and motor starter . Same clicking . Any suggestions ?

What 2014 Yamaha?

Charge the battery. If you think it is charged, load test it.
If passes load test, I’d be looking for bad cable connections or corrosion inside the battery wires

Will it start if you put a jump pack on the battery side of the solenoid and a good ground?
