I have a 2004 mercury 250 cxs sw and it stalls while idling. And will not start back up until some time has passed.

Welcome to the forum. When and how did the problem start? I suspect a fuel issue. Have you checked fuel pressure and spark plugs?

New fuel pump injectors have been cleaned and new plugs. Runs like a scolded dog. Before running at cruising speed and after it stalls while in neutral after idling for approximately 10/15 minutes. Serial number 0T931662

After the engine stalls you will need to check for fuel pressure and for ignition. Did you replace the mechanical pump or the pump in the VST?
