Stalling out

My 2010 Merc 60 hp stalls out after few minutes @ mid throttle. Left home dock and began trolling, ran out couple miles and nothing biting. Packed up gear and headed back @ about 3500-4000 rpm. Ran about 4 min and died. This is Suntracker 21' fishing barge we bought new. Burn only non-ethanol gas with Stabil 360. Has new plugs, wires, fuel filter, gas line and bulb, added water separator/filter(new and filled). Bought a small fuel tank and gas line with bulb, by-passed all and went directly to engine. Put boat on lift, removed prop, hooked up water, boat ran @2400rpm for 9min45sec, died. Pumped bulb, started right up, ran @4000rpm for 4min30sec. Died. Any ideas?

The lift pump is not working properly or there is a fuel restriction

Thanks. By lift pump, are you referring to the fuel pump or something else?

This is an efi engine? At the back of the engine there is a mechanical lift pump. It pumps fuel into the vst tank.
