didnt know if i should start n

didnt know if i should start new discussion so let me know next time. 1990 evinrude 150 is using 3 gal hr just above idle. pulled primer lines off at intake and fuel is coming out constantly.tested selenoid by pushing ignition key while running and motor doesnt bogg or increase.(selenoid no good?)maybe its bypassing and letting fuel into intake all the time?
