Sprung a leak!

I have a 2020 175 Vmax (VF175LA) and I noticed water squirting from a small tube today. I assume the tube is part of the cooling system but I don't know what it's connected to on either end. I'm wondering if this is a common failure and if it's something I can fix myself or if I need to take it in for service. I'm fairly mechanical.. as matter of fact, I'll be changing the water pump/impeller myself next weekend. Any info you can share would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Feeds water pressure to a gauge.----Or water pressure to a speedometer.

Is there a specific part I should use as a replacement or will any tubing of similar size (diameter) work? Should I try and replace the entire length of tubing or should I replace the bad section?
