Sporadic Misfire 1992 Evinrude Spitfire 150

Strange sporadic misfire, while at home started motor and it was hitting on all 6 with clean spark, next day it's missing on different cylinders. Checked plugs and gaps, installed new CDI plug wires. Swapped coils around to the non-firing cylinders and all firing again. Next day on the water, started out of ramp and runs good, stop and fish for an hour and start again and they are missing again. Any thoughts or suggestions, prior to changing the optical ignition module?
