Hello well got to the boat today did what Hondadude suggested blow so air through the p/u on the lower unit it would hardly come out so after disconnecting the hose as if you were going to drop the lower unit blew air through that side nothing., so I took a funnel and a tip its tapered I use to blow-up pool toys it fit in the funnel end pushed it into the rubber hose hung the funnel than filled half way with CLR nothing came out of the lower-unit so I let it soak about 15mins later it started to drip so I blew some air through each side let soak more finally all kinds of stuff came out pomblem solved air just came through unobstructed . I believe when I change the water-pump I will due this process at the same time a little more preventive maint.
