I have a 1986 johnson 120hp l

I have a 1986 johnson 120hp looper. I need to know the bore diameter in the block for the center bearing and the upper and lower bearing housings.called omc and they could not help me

Those bores should be a close

Those bores should be a close fit/interference fit with the centre main and upper and lower housings.
