"I am replacing the spark plugs in my Johnson and the OMC recommends a few different types.
There are ones with adjustable gaps, ones without adjustable gaps, and ones that appear have no gap.
I have the 140 on a 24’ pontoon. OMD says the types of spark plugs depend on how you are going to use the engine (slower or faster speeds)
My Johnson is #J140TLCIM
I will use my pontoon mostly for casual cruising, although I will run it occasionally for some tubing and some fast cruising.
What spark plug should I use that will, overall, make my engine run most efficiently with out any problems?"
