Spark Plug Type

I have a J150EXEOM, the factory manual recommends QL77JC4 CHAMPION plugs. I notice that some sites list QL78YC as an option. Which plug should I be using for general recreation?

The plugs was updated several years ago..All 60 degrees use the QL78YC plugs now.
