"I replaced the plugs in my 1994 90 hp Merc. I torqued them to 20lbs as the manual states but they still seem like the had a few good turns to go. In other words, the plugs did not seem to "bottom" out is this normal? I used another torque wrench and got the same results. I am using the same plugs that came out of it, NGK's"
