Spark Plug Help Needed

Have 2000 90 h.p.Johnson which on engine says plugs are: GL78YC gapped at .030. Well went shopping for some new plugs and all auto part stores in my area now have no such animal and they cannot cross reference to see what fits. Is there a NGK plug that will work? Any help is deeply appreciated Thanks

There is no exact NGK equivalent to QL78YC

BZ7HS-10 the nearest.

I'm not surprised that you couldn't find a sparkplug for a marine engine in an auto parts store!

thanks for everyone's help. found all the champion marine plugs I needed from a NAPA store @ $3.19 each
