spark plug gap

I've forgotten what to gap my plugs at. Delco MR44t. Crusader/GM 350. Is it 0.35 or 0.45? Have the Prestolite Distributors. No points. 1969 engines.

0.035" is the factory recommendation for conventional ignition....and you can increase the gap if you have upgraded to HEI.
