Mine is dumping the much fuel

Mine is dumping the much fuel in the manifold. Would a kit sovle the problem and if so where's the best place to buy? Are there any tips on installing kit?

Is there a auto that uses this same carb? The kit seems to be high priced compared to other carb kits. How good is this carb compared to like the Weber?
