"I have a 2000 c90 that sat in the garage for a little over a year. It ran fine when it was last used. I cleaned carbs, put in new plugs, and drained old gas from tank and line. The motor starts, idles and runs fine in the driveway. When I put the boat in the water and the motor is under a load, it runs rough, sluggish, and won't get over about 1800 rpms. Any suggestions on what to try? Thanks}"
