01 70hp johnson If termostat removed will it go into SLOW MODE ???

It should not. But it will if you have clogged cooling passages,Bad waterpump or a bad temp sender. What problem are you having.

Im losing top cyl 3cyl. No spark

That is not slow mode. www.cdielectronics.com has the guide to check your ignition system. I would start with the power pack or coils.
