I'm stuck between selling

I'm stuck between selling or keeping my old boat. It's a 1946 larson 14' alum. fishing boat w/ 1955 Johnson 5.5 sea horse. It's was always kinda neat takeing the ol' thing out when we lived in west centeral MN. where there were plenty of small lakes and rivers to go on but now where we live there's not many small ones and the big one we live by they suggest a min. 16'/50hp. cuz of how the winds pick up out of nowhere. I may kick myself in the butt down the road if I sell it but I hate to see it go to hell if it just sits and someone else could be useing it. Would anyone know where I could find out what kind of value if any the boat and or motor would have.

"Bill yes it would be a shame to just let it sit and go to pot but at its age i dont think it owes you anything and im sure its well paid for. to bad you dont have dry storage to keep it. and hand it down maybe. as far as the price you may be able to find out here www.davesmarine.com he has a NADA tab on there but it may or maynot go back that far. anyways i know i didnt help much in the disicion to part or not i have a hard time cutting loose of my old toys aswell
