Should I Revive a Frozen Motor?

Hey all! I have a 25hp Evinrude Sportster down at my house Homosassa Florida, until matthew and hermine struck. The motor was submerged with salty water in my shop for about 6 hours. The day after, I attempted to drain it out. But with bigger issues, such as a hole in my roof, I did it quickly. I forgot to remove the plugs and drain there, and many other things. I know I should have submerged it in fresh water, etc. But anyways, it's been sitting for quite a few months without any attention. After dealing with the big problems around my house, I turned to it. Do you think it is worth reviving? I paid 80 bucks for it, and got it running with a bit of carb work and a new spring. All the tools cost me about 20 bucks. Do you think I should try to revive it? It is a pretty great motor. Thanks in advance!

If it's froze up now I'd just part it out. JMO. The salt water really raises hell with everything.
