Should I be concerned?

I have an AQ171c engine and have noticed a small amount of water in the hose from the Silencer / Flame arrester hose to the oil trap.
I have replaced the oil trap and replaced the fuel filter.
Having twin engines the other engine is fine, so it is noticeable.
The main engine oil is clean so I am assuming this may be water from the fuel or condensation.
The fuel filters are checked regularly and it’s fair to say I do get more water in the separator with this engine as it has the longest pipe run.
Compression is good and the spark plugs not “steam cleaned”.
It has a closed cooling system and I am not losing water from the heat exchanger.
I have had more than my fair of problems with this engine so I am trying to pin down issues that may affect reliability.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

If the engine oil is not milky and the coolant level in the heat exchanger is good i wouldnt be too concerned. I suppose water can be splashing into the #4 exhaust port have you pulled the exhaust manifold? You would be best served to figure it out for sure. If the exhaust manifold is bad it will ruin the head as well pretty common actually. At least thats the only thing I can think of if it is the raw water getting into the engine.

Many thanks for your prompt response.
I checked the exhaust manifold a season or two back and it looked good, but I haven’t pulled it lately. If it is the exhaust manifold then it’s a couple of new engines I am afraid as they are no longer available. Probably best if I monitor it and use it for the season to see if any further problems develop.
