Hi there i have a 1980 silverliner 302mercruiser with a alpha 1 .. i cant seem to get the reverse to work. I have the trim up and was playing around with shift toe and that fork that it sits in where it attatches to the shift cable. When i lower the bottom half by hand i move the shift toe left and right and i have reverse - neutral- forward. But once that toe slides up into the fork it doesnt have enough room to go into reverse without hitting the side walls of the housing. What should i do or what could be the next place to adjust it thanks - Tucker
