"i replaced the impeller in the lower unit and when i tried to realign the lower unit it wouldnt line up.
so when i pulled it back out the shift shaft came out of the foot,i pushed it back down but it just spins freely like the splines arent lining up,i have another unit with a bad seal i was comparing it to,as far as i can see its sticking up the exact same height as the bad unit. any ideas please
