"Have you tried tightening the 6 nuts holding the transom shield in place? Also, you may want to get a sharp object (a screwdriver for example) and poke on the inside of the boat around the transom shield hole looking for rot spots."

"I think I have got it narrowed down to the two bottom bolts need tightening .As soon as it quits raining , I'll see if I can stand on my head and tighten them .lol"
