Shift Cable Parts Dumb Question???

I'm stumped....here is a picture of the parts bag for a shift cable kit (19543A10) for an Alpha 1 Gen 2 that I am looking over:

I have red circled these two round black plastic parts.

Here's my dumb question: Where do they go?

The small one is what goes thru the transom where the shift cable bellows attaches.

There most likely is one there already if the cable has never been changed.

The long one I am not sure as I have not sen what that is used for but most likely the same thing but for a specific transom design.

Figured it out ....yes the small plastic tube fits in the cable hole inside of the cable bellows in the outer transom assembly.....the longer tube fits in the cable hole on the inside of the inner transom assembly. I assume they simply channel and protect the cable from chafing as it passes through the inner and outer transom assemblies. Took a while to push got the cable sheath through the outer assembly with the bellows in place because those plastic tubes are a snug fit around the sheath and you can't see what's happening inside the small bellows.
