shift actuator cam installation help

Bought shift actuator cam for 93 j25rlets, can't seem to find enough clearence to install. Old one was snapped in half. any tips or info is appreciated.
 
Figured it out, you need to loosen all the bolts that hold the power head to the lower unit. this gives enough wiggle room to install. couple of the bolts are not easy to access, took about an hour and a half to get enough slack.
