1975 25hp 25R75B. Think I have most of my problems solved thanks to all you guys. Many thanks again.
What are all the reasons for shearing prop pins?
Besides hitting something..
I took my prop off and I had to straighten the pin before I could remove it.
 
Some reasons:
Shifting at too

Some reasons:
Shifting at too high revs.
Dammaged prop-shaft pin hole and/or prop hub.
Using un-original pins (mm and not inch!)
