Serpentine belt issue:

I have a 2013 Crusader 6.0 L 375HP engine that the serpentine belt starts to jump off pulley at alternator as soon as you start the engine. Alignment is good, have installed a new water pump, alternator, belt, tensioner pulley and idler pulley and still have same problem. Any one else had this problem, any input would be helpful as I don’t know what to do next. Thanks.

wierd...and the new tensioner keeps the belt tight with the engine sitting?

Yes, but as soon as I start the engine it starts to jump

you're welcome...just wish I had something solid.

only things I can think of are the tensioner doesn't have enough travel to take up the slack or the belt is too long - both not likely if you have new parts that are the correct ones...if you got cheap clone knock-offs, may be worth rechecking them...

I wish that was the case but they are all Crusader parts.
