"200 3.1 ox66 2001 On a champion bass boat. all fuel pressure were checked at shop and in water by certified mech. motor will run up to 5200 rpm then without moving throtle will start to bogg down to 4900,4800. will run like that for a ways then it will pick back up to 5200 this will continue to do this back and forth. Does anyone have any answers? What RPM should this motor run up to for best performance? What is VSP ?"
