Seal Inside prop identification

I have a 1981 Johnson 35 hp Model J35ELCIG.

I recently took off the prop and can't identify this seal inside it that is deteriorating. It doesn't seem to be any of the seals on the parts diagrams.
Can someone tell me what it is so I can order a replacement? Third photo is in case it is needed for prop identification.

That is part of the prop hub, not a seal.

If the boat drives normal then use it. If RPM goes up & speed doesn't, then it is slipping. At this point you would need a prop shop to rehub or buy new prop.
It looks as if it has already spun to me. What do the blades look like?

That hub has spun and will leave you stranded. Get it re-hubbed, General Propeller down here in Bradenton Fl, will rehub it for you. Or buy a new 10 X 13 prop.
