Sea Ray engine would not start

I have twin 2004 I/O mercruiser 4.3 engines. Suddenly one engine after I anchored would not start. It does not turn over. Same time windlass does not operate. It looks like electrical current loss at some point. I checked batteries: good. Also when I tried to use spare(3rd) battery to start the engine, fuse switches would popup.

Check the main circuit breaker on the front top of the engine...large red button. Push it down hard. Which fuses are tripping? That means there is a shorted circuit.

It did not helped. There is lack of amperage somewhere, because windlass would not operate. Everything else is working.
Ignition for startboard engine fuses are tripping

Check all battery cable connections
Try jumping the slave or main solenoid to see if engine turns over
Windlass is usually connected directly to battery, windlass went bad and killed the battery?
Main harness plug on engine became dis-lodged?
