It’s used on dozens of different motors, shouldn’t be hard to find. I would find someone with a tap & die set. Try different taps to find which one fits. Or, If you have a set of calipers, you can measure the inside diameter. Even a tape measure marked in 1/16” will get you close enough.
Poke a matchstick into the hole to determine length. It appears to be 7/8” length.
It’s for lifting the motor, so probably 3/8”, 7/16. Then buy an SS from your local big box building store, or Argentinas version of Bolts+.

???? Looks like #72 is the bolt that secures the timing advance arm.. It is SAE thread not metric, 1/4-20 or 5/16-18 thread

I've tried with an bolt (7.8 mm diameter equivalent to 5/16" x 24 UNF) but it doesn't fit completely, it`s kind of loose. I'm afraid the thread might be partially stripped, but since I'm not sure, I prefer to go with the bolt that truly matches the engine specifications. I'm not sure on how many thread pitches it has, and since the housing is part of the engine block, I don't want to ruin the inner-thread. That's why I'm asking. Since it's an American engine, I understand that all measurements are in inches (made in USA). It`s probably 5/16"-18 UNC, but I wanna be sure of that. I

Just took that bolt out of 1 of many parts motors.-----It is a 3/8-NC thread.----And thread is 5/8" long.-----If your local shop is metric quipped it would be simple to change to metric.
