Rusty engine pulleys for 2012 VP 5.7L engine

The PS pulley has some rust but the pulley on the circulation pump has even more rust. It will sand the serpentine belt down if I let it go the way it is.

What's the solution? New pulley? Get it powder coated. Unsure if I can get it smooth with a wire brush and paint?

I have a bucket of EvapoRust and can soak it but unsure if that will get it smooth.
 
A new pulley set is the fastest solution...

If you want to try to salvage what you have a chemical rust remover and then bead blasting followed by a good paint is the best approach. If you opt for the powder coating don't put it on thick.
