Rust in exhaust discharge

One of my 1988 Crusader 454s h

One of my 1988 Crusader 454s has started pumping rust out of the exhaust discharge at startup. Only happens for a minute at ignition after engine sits more than a week. Runs great. Temperature good. Elbows and risers replaced two years ago. Zincs good. Boat is in fresh water on ICW. Do I have a problem requiring immediate attention?

I have this same issue. I think it is actually coming from the metal elbows in the exhaust run - a few feet from the motors.
