runs rough and half to full throttle dies fast

1994 60hp mariner outboard seril#ogo/or 012423,been in storage year in half when we got it,things i've done is new fuel,changed plugs sprayed carb cleaner in intake ports,new gas and carb cleaner in it,changed bulb/line

Rebuild the carbs to start.

As above. If left with fuel in it when stored you may find all sorts of odd things happening until you rebuild carbs. Funny how things in fuel that become dry deposits aren't dissolved when new fuel finds its way to the deposits.
