Installed the primer

Installed the primer solenoid today and again heard the sound and smell of 2 cycle, thanks to you.

Now to take it out and test the lower unit/water pump install I did 2 weeks ago before the solenoid went bad.

"Great Greg. I hope that solenoid didn't cost too much.
Regarding the "making this too hard"...I am used to my engine, where the primer solenoid is very easy to get to and replace...didn't know yours was so tight in there.
Remember, I had a hard time picturing your particular setup with the ring terminals, etc...
