can you replace the water inlet screens,on a e90tlcte I have looked in gear case parts and it is not showing them,can anyone help, thankyou,ray64

They slide up to remove them and you slide in the replacement.--------Note it is clearly shown on the parts diagram as Item #4 it is a rectangular part !

1983 90hp Evinrude/Johnson intake screen is item #4 on the parts diagram and is part number 323466. Cost in the area of $10. My price book of 2010 has it at $6.95 but everything goes up in price.

At the top sides of the screen are a couple little squares (1 each side) that lock the screen in place. Depress or break away to remove. The locks snap into place when assembling to keep the screen where it belongs.
