my 1996 Honda 4 stroke 90 hp rpm's are running high when I try to get on plane they immediately go over 6000 + and stay relatively high even after I level the plane. Is there anything I might be able to do to check what problem might be. I noticed at idle the rpm's are high 1500 + so I am sure problem here somewhere. Thanks
