"I have a problem with the port engine, it seems that when at full trottle I am getting only 4200 (at best) out of this engine Stb side is at 4500. No vibration on the helm steering wheel. Could this be a linkage issue, in other words counld the linkage need to be advanced? Can this be done? not sure where to start."
 
At the helm look at the thrott

At the helm look at the throttle control cable to see if it can be adjusted where it connects to balance the RPMs of the two engines.
