1999 50 hp bigfoot 4-stroke on 21' pontoon sounds rough when I go from slow to full. Put engine in neutral and reved up, sounded good and at idle sounds good. Also noticed can only get 5200 rpm at top end instead of 6000 rpm. Put in new plugs and changed oil. Is it an engine problem or LU gear/bearing problem? If LU is it difficult to pull and inspect? Thanks
