"I recently bought a 1972 Boston Whaler with a 90 hp Mariner engine. It wouldn't run so I had a repair shop rebuild the carburators and do some other things. However, I put it in the water yesterday and it would barely run. I thought the plugs might be fouling out so I changed them. That didn't help so I discarded the gas and put in fresh but that didn't help it either. The repair shop I used is 100 miles away and I have lost confidence in them so I am trying to do it myself. Any suggestions on what might cause this is greatly appreciated. Compression is even across all 3 cylinders and all wiring is virtually new. Thanks."
