"Complete tune up less than 20

"Complete tune up less than 20 hrs ago. Starboard engine all of a sudden will not go above 2000 rpm. Port engine perfect. Flowscan showing plenty of fuel through the carb. Can hear it missing, still using points and condenser type distributor. Even out of gear engine will not rev above 2,000. Can use some help from the experts

the economical conversions replace the points & capacitor with a 'touchless' sensor that does the make & break of the points."
