" I have a 15 hp 1983 Mariner outboard that is performing sub-optimally at full throttle. Starts OK (very good, but not perfect), runs well until I go wide open. Then it gets a little rough. It stays at decent speed, but doesn't reach the power it had a few weeks ago. Changed the plugs (helped a little), tweaked the carb (helped a little). The problem occurs 95% of the time now (at full throttle); occasionally it'll kick over and run smoothly, but never for more than a minute or two. Any suggestions/ ideas? "
