Good evening.
I am extremely new to the boating world. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a rigging question.
I bought a used 09 sun tracker pontoon at the end of the summer season. It did not come with an outboard so I spent the winter searching for one. I live on a small lake where the pontoon outboards are restricted to 9.9.
I bought a 2005 9.9 4 stroke el.
My toon is prerigged with quicksilver controls.
My questions are this.
As I try to hook up the throttle and shift cables, the connection pieces don't pare up. The cable ends linkage have a smaller hole then the outboard hook up.
Second. I don't see any where to hook up the steering linkage.
Any advice would be great.
