Revive my Johnson

I have a 1989 20 horse Johnson. Motor has not run in 15+ years. Where do I start to bring her back to life? Note: motor had run great.
 
Check / change gear oil.----Replace water pump impeller.-----Make sure carburetor bowl is clean.-----Start motor and go fishing.
