Reverse probliam on alpla one

I can not put it in to reverse gently you have to slam it in the unit is about 12yrs old any idears cheers steve

thanks for that but when you try and select rev it sounds like it is bouncing along the teeth befre
you can get it in would no grease do that cheers steve
