The reverse lock out was not functioning on my merc pre alpha 140,just would not hold power in reverse. I replaced the cam and resealed but now the unit leaks oil, It might have leaked before too, but I did not use it enough to confirm. Is this common or did I forget something? The parts and assembly went smoothly and I feel like I installed all parts properly per service manual spec, the arm on top that acnhors the cables is a little bit loose, and if I wiggle it the oil will come out, does this tell us anything?
