my 150 idles and revs up fine

my 150 idles and revs up fine out of gear. when i put it in gear and give it throttle it pops real bad. anyone know what it is.

i noticed my spark plugs are r

i noticed my spark plugs are really clean around the outside. the elecrode is dark in color the rst looks new. what might that mean.
