Resetting IAC on 50 Mercruiser

I am have trouble starting my

I am have trouble starting my engine after reaching operating temp and idles high at times.
It is a MPI engine so it should be easy starting.
I was trying to find out if there is any way
to reset the IAC or is something that
would have to be replaced?
