Replacing Top Crank Seal 75 25hp Evinrude

I have looked at the parts diagram to see the order in which the parts come off but I can't find a tutorial on how to remove and replace the seal properly. Can anyone help me with this? Difficulty? I just noticed that when I was replacing points that I had what appeared to be fuel mixture in and around the stator. I'm afraid if it gets worse it'll create problems down the road. Would rather nip it in the bud now. Model number is 25502B. Thanks.
 
Most shops would have the tool to remove it in a matter of minutes.------Take flywheel off and call a few shops.
