Replacing starter

My Yamaha 25hp has a starter problem. It's not engaging the flywheel-just spins on shaft. I'm about to remove the starter and, other than the two bolts on top, what other fastener do I have to remove?

i think it has on clamp around it

sounds like you need to lube up the bendix shaft
