"I need to replace the power pack on my 1995 70 HP Evinrude. Can I just replace it, wire for wire, then be done, or does the timing have to be set again? I'm hoping I can do everything and not have to have the mechanic come back. This thing has cost me a fortune so far in labor to determine the power pack is bad.
